Question about fulfillment on recent account

Question about fulfillment on recent account
I signed up for an account online using code code K7L which should leave me required to purchase one dvd to fulfill my membership. I received an email from Columbiahouse on 3/17 saying that my enrollment package had shipped on 3/15, which I haven't received yet.
Basically I want to use the $5 web coupon, and B1G1 offer to close my account but when i login to my account under purchase requirements it states the following
"You have completed your purchase requirements for the account corresponding to the account number above. You now enjoy our best benefits as a Preferred Member."
I want to order the fulfillment titles, but just am wondering why it says I have completed my requirement. Anybody seen this before? Is it normal.
