how to cancel an order sent?
I'm somewhat new to columbia house's codes, I just joined the tv dvd club and tried to use code 807748 to buy 2 and get 2 for free towards obligation. In the cart it listed it right but in the receipt it had charged me for all 4. How do I cancel a order that has been sent but is pending. What code would i use in this situation. Thanx for your help.

You should call them and ask that the order be cancelled. It may be too late, in which case you can write "Refused - Return to Sender" on the box when it comes and send it back. It is unlikely that you can get Columbia House to adjust the prices on the order, but you could give that a try also. (As reported in another thread, they will likely tell you that you don't have the BOGOF offer on your account, which is true.)
