Order Type: Prodigy?

checked out one of my accounts and there is an order i didn't place of Corpse Bride and it says "Prodigy" as the order type.

I think the only time I've seen that is when I've used a rain check or maybe when I didn't receive one of my selections and they placed another order for it free of charge. Are you being charged for it?

only seen prodigy as an order placed by their csr directly... something u did not place.

Yes, prodigy means that the order was entered by a CSR, for whatever reason.

Found I had Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire added to my account on 2/7. Think there's some CSRs going wacko and randomly adding orders?

My "prodigy" was a replacement disk for the one that I received that wouldn't play. Entered by the CSR, who actually said, "don't get confused when you see this on your order history".

I must be lucky and get the good American CSR's. I've called twice and both were extremely nice and helpful.
