Sale Price/Fulfillment Problem

HELLO! I just recieved my application acceptance e-mail so I went to the web site to get my fulfillment titles. So when I put my second DVD in the cart it is at sale price and will not count towards my fulfillment. I can't seem to find a place to change this. Where would that be? Thanks for any help. Also, where do I put in the B1G1 code? Don't see any fields to input it into.

Sign in at columbiahouse.com/webdvd to get $5 off of an order of $30 or more. You'll see a link that says "Looking for the offer in your mailing?". Click on it and enter 800236. This will give you a free dvd for every one that you buy plus triple the FunCash. Order two movies at $19.95 or higher and take two equal or lesser value movies for free. This will also qualify for free shipping. They will deduct the $5 web coupon off of one of the $19.95 or higher DVDs. Don't worry, this DVD will still count as a fulfillment title. The 800236 code expires this Sunday, so don't waste any time in ordering.

To do this without a code:

In your cart, look to the right below the cart entries for a box saying:

Commitment Status how does it work? In the box choose - choose how many

A box above the items in the cart appears with a drop down box and says Count (drop down box) more toward my commitment.

Use drop down box to select how many you want to count toward commitment that are not showing that way and press recalculate.

Thanks.

Do you have the DVDs in your cart? If so, what are the prices, and how many fulfillments do you need? Explain your situation a little more, and I'm sure someone can help.

I need 2 fulfillments. Anything under $19.95 in the cart I can't use for fulfillment and I don't see the Commitment box. Any item $19.95 and above is automatically a fulfillment.

Are you using any codes? If you use 807748, which I believe is still working, then you shouldn't have to do anything- the fulfillments should be included automatically.

If not, are you sure the prices are more than $19.95 of the selections you want to use as fulfillments? Try clearing your cart, and adding any two regular titles from the front page (say Firewall and The Benchwarmers), then go to your cart and check if you the "commitment status" box- it's on the right side of the screen.
