CH shorted me a movie
I recieved my order, and was shorted The King Kong collection. I just sent an email. I have never had this happen. How is CH about correcting these situations?

Pretty good. I had an enrollment order once that only contained half the selections. Called customer service and they shipped out the remaining right away.
