Bummer, I was just about to do a few more offers, so I could use up my remaining balance. I might still have time, so I need to get right on this asap! Thanks but no thanks!

Be careful with the Shopping 4 Money deal. Freedvds says that the trial costs $1, but when you go to sign up, it's actually $5.95 for 1 day. Of course, there's no way to let them know the mistake due to their incredibly useless support system. I just did the Connections Entertainment deal...which will probably be the last one I can do that's worthwhile. Looks like Freedvd4me.com is all that's left...

People still do this? I haven't done any offers in about a year, and even then it wasn't nearly as good as the old days.

Freedvd4me is still up and still offering their weekly DVDs where you get the DVD and keep the points you earn. Freedvds is closing, but they're still allowing you to earn/redeem points until 1/30/06, although they aren't accepting new members. If people are still looking for free DVDs, it's not dead yet....

Has anyone used (successfully) freedvd4me lately? Its been a while since I did anything via this site, but decided to check it out yesterday - looks like the bonus dvd offer is current (X3 and Little Mermaid). There also seem to be a few new offers (I tried the free trial of e-music).
Can anyone confirm they are still getting DVDs from this site?
Thanks.

I checked out their offers, they do not have any unless you are willing to pay for a trial or shipping. I do not know if it is worth it anymore.

For what its worth, I had emailed them about when the e-music offer would credit (took about 2 days), and they emailed back within a day or so.....
So I ordered Chicken Run for 250 (had ~190 pts in limbo til the emusic offer), and will see what happens....
Even doing a couple with a $1 or S&H fee might be worth it, esp if coupled with a bonus offer, which is what I would plan to do... could end up getting 2-3 DVDs for under $10. In general though, the offers certainly arent as good as in the past.

I'm shocked that any of those sites are still active. I made off like a bandit at FreeDVDs, FreeDVD4Me, and FreeVideoGames, as well as a few other sites like that a few years ago. When it was all said and done, I got at least around $2,000 worth of stuff for around $100 out of pocket.

Got Chicken Run in the mail yesterday via an order through FreeDVD4me.com.... so they are still up and running! For those interested, I did emusic (only 60 pts, but thats all I needed) - very easy to cancel online, etc... Ill have to check the other offers, but at least its good to know they are still fairly reliable.
