The only time I have ever seen that $10 off coupon is when you have had an open account for a little while without any orders.

The one time I received that coupon, I had to place my order over the phone to get it to work (yes, I realize that kind of defeats the spirit of the coupon, but I got my $10 off).

I can't find the prior thread on this, but does anyone know the easiest way to cancel your TV club membership (hopefully online) so you can sign up again?

Some accounts still have the option to cancel online- on the Help page, click on #15 on the FAQ ("How do I cancel my Membership?") and there should be a link to the cancellation page. Most accounts will just instruct you to call CH when you try to cancel, though. Some have had success cancelling by e-mail, but I've found that to be spotty.

Best bet is to call. They'll run through a spiel to try to keep you, which is tedious, but it still only takes a few minutes.

Thanks!

I was able to cancel completely online w/o calling! Worked perfectly!

I was unable to redeam my $10 off coupon on-line but I called a CSR who placed the order for me yesterday. The order shows up today in my order history with the wrong price, but my "amount of last payment" (since I paid with VISA) is correct.

Do they have any way of checking that you actually got the coupon in your email? Just wondering because I didn't get one since I do not have any unfulfiled accounts at the moment, but if I opened a new account and wanted to fullfil with Gladiator extended ecition plus one 19.95 title via phone and mentioning the coupon that should work? Any hints on the way I should go about it if it would work?
Oh, and I'm a little bit lazy, but how much would shipping be on fulfilling with one 1/2 disc 19.95 DVD plus the 3 disc Gladiator ext. ed? I'm assuming Gladiator ext. ed. is very unlikely to become an enrollment selection, right?

When I called, they handed me off to a web specialist who directed me to the normal $5 link. I told them that I had a $10 email and they said that they could adjust my order accordingly. They did not give any appearance of time spent verifying that I had gotten the email (although there might have been a flag on my account that they saw when they opened it).

Give it a try!

I contacted them through their website about it and at first they send me the normal /webdvd link. After I tried that and only got the $5.00 off deal, I contacted them again and said I could put the order in through email ([email protected]) and they'd adjust it accordingly. So, I'm going to email them on Friday after I get paid with my order along with the BOGO code and see what happens.
