I was just curious. I've never did a phone app. before. I'm going to have to because i've been getting a few lost apps online. I was just wondering if they notified you of your acceptance or just sent your enrollments.
Thanks for the help.

I called in an app. two days ago and the lady never asked for my email address. When I asked her if she needed it and she said no. She told me that once I get my account information in the mail (if the damn thing even goes through) I can create an online account and add my address. Now I have already had 5 previous memberships and they never failed to ask me for an email address. I wonder why this happened this time around. I guess I wont even know if I get accepted until I receive something in the mail.

OMG! I just tried my first phone app today and it was the WORST experience of my life! Not one online application has gone through in the past month, so I had to try.
First, it took forever for them to get my name and address entered and verified, then I got disconnected. So I had to call and go over the whole thing again. Unfortunately I live on a street with a very long Spanish name and it took 3 minutes just for the woman to get my street name right. Then she could not find my selections from the numbers and got mad at me when I tried to give her the names. Who knows what they will send me if I even get approved. She tried to talk me into taking the 2nd extra selection. I hope the web apps start working again because I hate this! The only reason I even applied today was because there is another B1G1 going on for the next week and I'm hoping to fulfill with it. Fingers are crossed.

I have never received an e-mail from a phone application, despite giving them my e-mail address. So don't get your hopes up. Seeing a charge hit one's credit card is the best indication of being accepted unless one lucks out and gets the e-mail.
