The two Mother's Day specialty shops seem to be missing today. I hope that when they bring them back they actually work. When I looked over Free DVD with a $40 purchase specialty shop, it was mixed up with the 2 for $18 Action Movies.

I gave it a try today and placed a FC order with the 50% off Mothers Day sale items that WERE eligible (like Poitier Collection, Monk, Stewart Collection), but they were ringing up at the regular special price so I don't think the 50% discount is elgible on FC items. I didn't push very hard because of all the recent CH trouble -- I was just glad that I could still cash in my FC under the old rules

Well that sucks. They're making a lot of basic things awfully difficult, like cancelling an account and now this.

You should be able to redeem FC ON-LINE once the redemption period starts on 4/21. I wanted to redeem my FC now under the old rules so I could get several box sets for free. By waiting till 4/21 I would have had to play by the new box set rules, which do not appeal to me.
