The only problem I have had with CH's lack of security stickers was recently, when I went to sell my sealed Blues Brothers after acquiring a mint used copy. I sold it quickly - not wanting to get negative feedback (very bad to get when I am this new, only 6 feedback) and be accused of re-wrapping used discs, I explained to the woman about the lack of security seal - she cancelled. I later sold it again (for $15 less) - this time the buyer was OK with the packaging.

I know that, and explained it to her - but apparently she wasn't satisfied. I know that retail copies have security seals because I have seen pictures on eBay.

Online retailers don't need security tags because they don't need to prevent consumer theft. If there are no security devices in the case, then there won't be any security stickers. The security tags are an added charge for the retailer.
E.g. Say it costs a store $5 for a DVD without any security devices but $6 with a security device.

I know, I know, you're preaching to the choir here - but when someone is paying $85 for a rare OOP dvd, they are going to look for anything that might make them doubt its authenticity, and I didn't feel like having it returned thus I thought it a good idea to explain ahead of time.
I could be righter than rain but still get bad feedback, and I didn't want to risk it, especially when I hope to be selling a lot of OOP DVDs there.
