Funcash Screw-Job

I'm sure many of you, like me, placed a large number of orders recently with the Double Funcash promotion in conjunction with the B1G1F code. Each of these orders was to earn $8 each in Funcash. Well, my account only received $29 in Funcash instead of the $56 I should have received. My account still shows that each order earned $8 in Funcash. So I called them today, and they said the free titles do not earn Funcash, so my total received is correct! I told them to look at my orders which state $8 each in Funcash, but they said they cannot see that. So I was told to mail copies of this to Customer Service and they "might" adjust it. Has anyone else had this problem? I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one...

Try speaking with another CSR. Do not mention the Buy One Get One offer, as some CSRs will look for an excuse not to help you.

if you have a fax machine, ask for their fax # and I'm sure that they'll let you fax the copies in.

ALL of them were done online...
I actually got their FAX number, but don't have easy access to a fax machine. But I'm sure that will be better than mail since they only have one address for everything they do...

It would actually make prefect sense that we would not get funcash for the free DVDs - however, I got credit for all of mine.

It would if it were stated before the fact. But the extra funcash was one of the main reasons many of us, especially with fulfilled accounts, loaded up on that deal. Without it, the per title average isn't that special. So to take it away after the order is a little bit shady.

I agree - but I am not so sure the B1G1 free code was intended to be used with the $6.95 and 2/$18 titles. It seems like a nice little alignment of glitches on the website.

the order confirms say $8 funcash so they should honor it. Worst case scenario, he mails/faxes his order confirms and they correct it.

why are you getting $8 funcash per order? i did 2 dvds per order for the most part(one i paid for and one was free) and it was double funcash week, so i got $4 per order($2 funcash per dvd, 2 dvds), did you use another method?

I dont see any missing funcash for me, luckily

On a fulfilled account (I assume yours was not fulfilled), you'd get $4 per DVD during the double fun cash (as it's $2 FC per DVD normally). Thus, $8 FC per B1G1 Free order.
