Those make great fulfillment titles since they're never available for enrollment and they're priced just over the $19.95 minimum. I'm hoping they can reach an agreement soon.

I don't see "Deep Impact" CE up for pre-order - this is a Paramount title. However, they do have preorder for "The Untouchables" CE which is also by Paramount.

Yup, tuesday was a sad day. Eternal Sunshine is not available
Our fears were confirmed of what dolphinboy already knew and posted. They don't have any new Universal releases available. That's a big letdown.
I'm not ordering any more Universal titles from CH until they either come back, or they announce the super-clearance sale on them. I'll make a big order at that time. I've kept an account open in case this happens.
I wish they'd settle this issue soon.

This may be an omen of bad things to come. I see parallels with the CH music clubs. Years ago, they carried a much better selection of my type of music. The last time I checked, the selection looked pretty bad. Unfortunately, the Buena Vista separation may have just been the first in a series. I don't want my comments to be perceived as a "sky is falling" scenario. It's just that we may need to ask ourselves; "just how long do we expect to be able to buy a great selection of DVD's at $7.16 (or less)?" With that in mind, I have aggresively cycled accounts to the point where I have most of the currently/previously available titles that I want. In addition to this concern, there is always the chance CH's model will change one of these days and they will no longer honor the better-than-standard offers (i.e. 72SD, etc.).
It may be a "get em while you can" situation. Of course, this is just one opinion.....

The longer the Universal thing goes, the more I worry that they won't get it done.
That's just my guess, but I will keep asking.

Any updates yet? I am getting a little nervous about Dawn of The Dead, Riddick, and Bourne. I might have to use Amazon for those titles, but would definetly prefer CH low prices.
