Yea I was afraid that was going to happen to Vol. 4 as well when I ordered it on Amazon. I jumped on Walmart's price of 18.49 or whatever it was, and luckily received it.

Yep, says there you can...Get it in time for Christmas! the first thing that should happen if something is out of stock/print, is at the very least change the status to backorder, if not unavailable... unless they just like disappointing potential buyers...
if folks don't mind doing without the box, you can get all the films individually for about $30 used(Narrow Margin is around $13 alone, Dillinger is only $3.00 new) well, guess it would be more than that with shipping on each one...shoot, might still be best to buy the box set for $60.
