You are the king of taking advantage of every promotion out there.

Do you ever find though that you spend more than you should because you are trying to take advantage of a promo. I had to stop myself at Target because I was trying to find $35 more stuff to buy to get a $10 GC and there was nothing I really wanted or needed.

I hadn't mentioned it on here yet, but over the weekend I placed a $336 order, because I got them to promise to give me a 10% discount (which they did)...

I hesitate to mention this one, but I discovered this by accident. I had done the Target GC promo about a dozen times over the two weekends when it ran. A few of the items I decided to return. I assumed they would pro-rate like they usually do. But I figured if I lost the GC, so be it. Turns out I got a FULL REFUND on the items, and still got to keep the ENTIRE $10 GC. I was shocked!

Thanks for the tip. Went with a used copy from Newbury Comics on Amazon for $32.57 shipped. It's not much, but $1.71 cheaper sounds better to me!

I'm a big Lee Marvin fan but I didn't want to blind buy this set. I was pretty sure I'd like it just because he was the star but I sampled an episode on YouTube and it's kind of surprising just how much Police Squad/Naked Gun took from M Squad.

I mean, I knew that the comedies were inspired by and an homage to old cop shows but I didn't know they had just plain lifted a lot of what they did.

Looking forward to seeing this in DVD quality.
