I just got a ship notice 25 minutes ago. It's a great deal if it truly is all 5 Seasons. I've seen bits of it, and was interested in watching the whole thing, but not enough to pay normal prices of $100-$150. But for less than $28 (with tax) I can't complain in any way.

Hell, I've seen every episode and didn't really need the series, but at that price, I'll give it a shot. Interesting that it wasn't available for in-store pick up anywhere in town though.

I don't think it's been available for store pickup for anyone which tells me they probably aren't stocking it in many, if any, stores.

Yeah, I took a stab too. I already own Seasons 1 & 2, but they're still not open. If this goes thru and it IS the entire series, I'll just try and sell those previous seasons...

Its saying the shipment package is 2.2 lbs. Sounds a little short for a complete series set.

A single 5-disc set weighs around 0.62 lbs and a 4 disc about 0.45 lbs, so that sounds about right for a complete set when you take away the excess packaging that would make up 4 of the extra boxes.

Ugh, I wish I had found out about this sooner. I placed an order but it's backordered, and not supposed to ship for 1-2 weeks. I doubt there's any way I'll get my copy, and it's Unavailable at all stores near me. Has anyone actually found copies at an "Unavailable" store?

I looked for it at a local store in Salem, OR. No go.

I did, however, get a shipping confirmation for my online order. Fingers crossed. I would have thought they would cancel these over the Ben Hur, considering the discount is over a hundred dollars. Assuming it's what it claims to be.

Ordered mine on Sunday afternoon and got a shipping notice yesterday. The tracking info has not been found/updated since yesterday. Best buy said it would get here by the 24th but I have no estimated delivery time otherwise.

The set came in the box pictured on the best buy website, with each season in the regular DVD cases, like you would find in the store. There isn't really the chance of having scratched discs like some of the other series sets that have come out because it really is just the individual season sets in a box big enough to fit all five seasons.
