ha sorry, it's just Altered States. I was just looking at the spine and the S was backwards, which threw me off.

They had Ultraman Season 1 / Vol 1 for $8.
Paid only $3 for it at one of my local Big Lots. Found multiple copies of the Harry Potter special edition and Animal House 2 disc edition for $6.88.

He's a new coupon:

Choice of:
$5 off $5
$10 off $30
$15 off $45

Too bad they don't have any $5 dvd's I need right now!

EXP date is 9/22, so it will likely be used.

Pearl got a bunch of $5 blu's I've never heard of this week, but that was about it.

Where would I get one of these coupons? Even though I'm a Buzz member and I have my email settings on, they never email me anything and I've never seen a coupon in my account. Never.

I got a $5 off a $15 purchase coupon as a "preview of the New Buzz Club". Yep... being converted in a few weeks. Bummer... unless they want to send me one of those coupons every couple of weeks.

None of the titles mentioned have appeared at the store here. At this point it's been 6-8 weeks since any "new" to BL titles have hit the shelves.

Mine was 5 off 20, 10 off 40, 20 off 60. Unless there's a huge shipment next week, I doubt I will even use it. Had to struggle to use the 5 off 5 from last week ...

Re: Big Lots Part 10 - List your FINDS here (NO trades)

I used the $5 off $15 coupon to pick up a couple of blu-rays and a DVD.

blu-rays:
Winged Migration $7
The Wolfman $6.88

dvd:
Protégé (Dragon Dynasty) $3

It was kind of hard to find $15 worth of dvds/blu-rays. I remember when I could find so many DVDs that I was interested in that I had to ask myself if I really wanted them. Those were the days.

The new $5 blu-ray batch showed up at the NoHo store on Vineland Ave. They had about 5+ copies of everything:

Act of Vengeance
The Contract (BD/DVD)
Dead Awake
Immortal
Intruders
The Paperboy
Red Lights
Stealth
Stolen
Trespass

Good question.

I didn't see one a couple days back. Picked up "Seeking A Friend For The End Of The World".

Re: Big Lots Part 10 - List your FINDS here (NO trades)

Concerning the Echo Bridge reprints of Miramax films: I saw these at two (2) Big Lots in Mobile, AL. My concern is that none of these had any special features listed on the back covers. Have all the special features been stripped off?

And add the following three (3) to the above list:

Teaching Mrs. Tingle
Glass Shield
Grifters

For the most part, Echo Bridge's DVD transfers are to be avoided. Often they are inferior to the original studio's DVD.

Has anyone ever spotted Square Pegs - The Complete Series at BL? I've seen it for $8 at my local supermarket and wanted to know before I grabbed it.

Nothing new here. I used the free $5 on The Spoilers. Hate Wayne with a passion, but like Dietrich.

I'd grab it if I were you. Never saw it at BL, plus whatever TV series BL has these days are $10-$12.

The man can't act. Have you ever seen Reunion In France? It's a great Joan Crawford film, than halfway through Wayne enters & ruins it. And just the things he seemed to have stood for go totally against my grain. His persona also always seemed totally faked to me.

I don't recall ever seeing copies at BL, but have also seen them at Dollar General stores for the same price.

Absolutely grab it at that price, as it won't get any cheaper anytime soon.
