I have a beef with this approach.
First, I kept thinking that if I were to buy cheap pills from Wal-Mart, i.e. below cost, I cost them money but I also rive independent pharmacies out of business. Well, in this case, I don't think I have any independent DVD retailer I can help, so the pure effect is that I MIGHT cost Wal-Mart money.

And therein lies my second issue: since this film was released quite some time ago, I suspect that the newer batches have much lower costs (since the fixed production costs have already been covered during the sale of earlier batches), and I don't see why not Wal-Mart could even make some money at the $3 price point. Well, not if I only buy one item and I pay with a credit card, that is. Although they're quite resourceful.

This is so annoying. I tried ordering it on Monday evening when it was listed 'in stock'. By the time I logged in, it was already taken off the site entirely. I see others have been ordering it since, so I add it to my cart and it lists 'No longer available'. This thing has been out of stock/in stock/out of stock/in stock and back out of stock all in the span of 48 hours!

I just got a look at my copy and it really looks fantastic.. I first saw it in elementary school on a projector. And this new version really has wonderful colors. They must have used computers on the red balloon to make the red really pop. They really did a first class job on it as it is really beautiful.
