I picked the latest batch out of several boxes that also had a lot of titles that I have seen many times over in the past few weeks. So, it's hard to say. Could be new stock or old stock that wasn't put out. I only found one copy of most of the titles I listed so they could have sold out quickly at other stores.

The closest Dollar Tree to me finally got in something other than The Dog Whisperer.

A nearby Dollar Tree had a bunch that just hit the floor- all the boxes were labeled "Millennium DVDs"... they had, maybe, 40 different titles. I picked up:

At my Dollar Tree, I also saw:

and many others, mostly second tier movies with first tier stars, like Ed Harris, Hillary Swank, etc.

Moreover, they had some CD's like REO Speedwagon and Guns 'n' Roses which had, respectively, Walmart and Best Buy stickers on them

I hit 2 of the stores in the Torrance, CA area a few hours ago. The one on 190th & Normandie near the Wal-Mart had 60 or so DVD's, I think all ones that had been mentioned. The one on Sepulveda & Vermont right off the 110 had a ton, easily more than 200 in a display right at the front of the store. Again, mostly all stuff that has already been mentioned, though I saw two titles that I know haven't been:

Relative Strangers (Danny DeVito, Kathy Bates & Neve Campbell)
Truth About Love (Jennifer Love-Hewitt)

I lucked out at my DT at Boyertown, Pa. dropping in late Tuesday afternoon. The manager just put out about 90 different titles of DVDs and I purchased 79 bargains for a $1 a pop.

following up on Strapped4Cash's report, I can confirm the large display of the newer batch of DVD's at the store on Vermont and Sepulveda. I also noticed that they have what may be an untouched display of the Blu's mentioned earlier as being at DT - mostly the Touchstone ones like Another Stakeout, etc

another title I picked up at the Sepulveda and Vermont store, which I havent seen mentioned before was
Mayor of the Sunset Strip, which featured appearances by a lot of rock royalty, including Gwen Stefani and David Bowie. Its a documentary

I visited 2 locations this morning.....

The first one, had a good sized batch of DVDs and even a few HD-DVD's ( remember those? ).... The 2nd store had nothing....

At the first store, they had a cable show with a brunette on the cover ( can NOT remember the name ), and they also had some ECHO BRIDGE movie collections ( John Wyane 16 pack, etc ), and some MILL CREEK tv & movies collections ( recent double & triple features )....

I only picked up STAN LEE'S MUTANTS MONSTERS & MARVELS, a western novel, and a pack of cookies, for myself.

I also got a ROSANNE 10 episode pack, and HEY VERN IT'S ERNEST complete series, for my sister.

Yesterday, I came across '10 Items Or Less' and 'White Noise' for the first time although they were spotted by others a few months back. I'm getting the sense that they have new titles and some restocks from prior waves.

Just found a new display of cardboard-packed P.D. DVD's. Most are sets of TV shows (Lucy Show, Lone Ranger, Petticoat Junction, etc.) and few movie double-features. These are from Allegro; quality is so-so; I bought the Randolph Scott set of RAGE AT DAWN plus ABILENE TOWN. Transfers look analog & probably from tapes; typical P.D. quality.

I just discovered this. I want to see that Mayor of The Sunset Strip movie. I also want to see Kind og California but its an HD DVD and not sure if it's compatible with my Blu-Ray player. I did pick up some movie with Woody Harrelson and Ice Cube called Rampart
