The exclusive is also for BD; disc only - no cover sheet. Sorry, I didn't keep track of that price.

When I say cover sheet, I don't mean slipcase.

Found an oddity at Dollar Tree tonight. They frequently get DVDs and BDs in their everything's a dollar stores in case any of you didn't know, and every know and then they get leftover store exclusives.

Tonight they had a few bonus disc only of I Know Who Killed Me. Normal sized keep case, no UPC, almost entirely black cover art. I forget which store it originally came from, but looks Walmartish.

The thing is an awful case. A spindle holds all three discs stacked on top of each other. I was lucky my discs were mint. I hold special cases for when I need them, so I had a real 3 disc case in waiting.

Now if we can get "Gargoyles: The Goliath Chronicles" on DVD (13 episodes).

I have a discontinuity - not sure if this is an exclusive.

Wal-Mart is selling "The Hobbit: The Desolation Of Smaug" Extended Edition DVD set (five discs) for $19.96.

My problem is; I can't find it.

I was disappointed when it was announced that the Extended Edition would be BD only. Looking at Amazon, they have the Blu-Ray edition and no listing for DVD.

This is also odd since the last Extended Edition - "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" wasn't carried by the store. In fact, Wal-Mart carried the single disc version, not even the two disc special edition DVD for it.



I did a search on their website... as you can see above.

Is this an exclusive?
