Thanks to the obove posts of those lists. Now I have a checklist to use on my next visit.Closest BL put two dump bins(2'X4' each?)together. One bin is $5,the other the new batch of $3 stuff Kind of hard to read,since half of the titles in each bin face the opposite way and the dumps are butted against each other,with a plastic retainer around the combined display,so one can't separate the two and block their aisles till they get the hint. So now you can pay $5 for an AA Best Picture "The Unforgiven" or "Amadeus",or $3 for "Brokeback Mountain",another AA best picture. Did find "Round Midnight",a jazz fan's dream. This ain't no Kenny G crap going on here.No extras(I was hoping for at least a music-only track,but really wanted some of the out takes recorded that filled a second LP when first issued in theaters.Another musical goodie:"Anchors Aweigh" with Sinatra,Gene Kelly and Tom & Jerry(with a special Hanna-Barbera extra for us 'toon fans). BTW,if you find the 4 disc Superman I,note that Warner restored the nine Fleischer 1940s Superman 'toons and they are worth the $5 alone. Now,here's hoping "Robin & the 7 Hoods" shows up.

In Austin, TX only 1 of my local stores got any shipment (Pharmer) so I'm hopefully the others will get an onslaught next week. That's when I'm sure to find Friday the 13th Series and M. Butterfly.

Wallet took a hit today. Picked up 19 discs but 4 will be going back. (2 I had, read bad reviews for 2 more.) Nice haul. So hard to say no to such cheap prices. BL should stay clear of $5 and even $4 price points. It's become easy to say no to 5 bucks

Spotted at the Niles, IL location today a lot of the ESPN 3-packs, and something new as well...for 8 bucks they had sets that depicted the contemporary comedy and drama and action TV shows, where it contained a variety of first season episodes of favorites show of the above genres from the past to the present. An example would be a Comedy pack of episodes of the first season from Bewitched, Gidget, Partridge Family and other sets such as Charlies Angels, Police Woman and a host of ther programs. Hoping this helps and all the three and five dollar junk titles as well.

Yes. BTW,my post yesterday about the double dumps were located at Lehigh St. Allentown and a quick visit today showed the $3 dump almost half empty. The nearby wire rack was chaos. The $5 dump looked like it actually had more stuff than the other day,but no surprises.

My local store must have gotten a shipment meant for delivery 3 years ago, but I did finally snag a title I had passed on many times: "The Big Tease."

I remember seeing it and thinking "Ha, Mr. Wick is in some dumb, straight to DVD comedy."

Since becoming a fan of Craig Ferguson though and reading his autobiography, I think this is a must see for his fans. Like "I'll Be There" it got buried by the studio and in the meantime a movie with a similar plot got out first. Craig seems to still be very proud of the movie, despite it's mistreatment by Warner.

Lexington... Eastland store received a pallet that has been out for months at the other location, minus the Paramount Centennials. Found one copy of Carlito's Way Ultimate Edition. Got home... Duh. Already own it... and now I have two. yay.

Finally snagged a 2-Disc Bonnie and Clyde over the weekend, but I still can't find any 2-Disc Natural Born Killers sets. Anyone have an extra? I could offer a sealed Werner Herzog set in trade, if anyone's up for it.

I tried to help you out by picking up a few of these 3-packs today. I hadn't gone out of my way to find the Tilt/Playmaker set but was interested in it and planned to be in Lexington anyway.

Also found a single copy of Twilight Zone: The Movie (can eliminate another VHS title that had remained in my collection) and a copy of Here's Looking at You, Warner Bros...seems like someone had mentioned that one before, but it's the only copy I can recall ever seeing.
