I split my order up into 5 orders of 5 each. I've recieved 9 of the 25 discs. I hope the missing 16 discs are in the mail.

Not to burst your bubble, but my order of 8 discs finally arrived this week in a large padded envelope that had a "sorry it was damaged" sticker with tape. When I opened the package, lo and behold, a disc was missing. However, to Hollywood video's credit, they responded to my e-mail the next day and said they were shipping out a replacement right away. I thought that was pretty cool. However, when I checked out my 1 disc "The Rocker" which was supposed to be 2 discs, it had no special features on it. So I am waiting for a reply to see if they will be sending the 2 disc version. I thought maybe the 2nd disc was just a digital copy, but either I got a rental version of the movie without special features, or the 2nd disc has a digital copy and the special features.

They're on their j-o-b these days. I got refunded for 5 of 7 bad discs, and they replaced the other two. It's not perfect, as one of the replacements was the same disc that I didn't order to begin with, but overall I'm happy.

Also bought:
1. The Mouse That Roared (Peter Sellers)
2. Rope (James Stewart)
3. Rhinoceros (Gene Wilder)

And Rhinoceros was brand new. So that took the edge off of some of their mistakes.

well, after searching for over an hour and finding a bunch of movies I want when I try to place an order I'm getting an error message saying they are experiencing technical difficulties...dammit!
