Tried to use my 2 for 1 free code at Redbox tonight and it didn't work. Initially they said it would expire April 10th but later I received an e-mail that stated it would expire at 11:59 PM tonight. Not sure how to contact them about the issue.

Looks like BBE is not doing so hot. If they offered BOGO deals instead of free rentals, maybe they could get something back from the investment.

I just did this for the first time just now and got a $1.50 code.
May 16 thru the 25th, redbox is giving you daily discounts on your movie rentals! Starting tomorrow, text DEALS to 727272 every day thru 5/25 for a new discount code you can use at the redbox kiosk that day. Your discount will be anywhere from 10˘ to $1.50!
*Daily deal codes expire at 11:59 PM on June 1, 2011 and are available while supplies last. Limit 1 code per day. 1 time use only. Valid for between a $.10 and $1.50 discount off the daily rental fee for the item rented at a participating kiosk for the first night of rental. Any discount left over from the first item rented may be applied to another item rented during the same transaction or it is lost. Code not valid for items reserved online or for prior rentals.
I just did this for the first time just now and got a $1.50 code.

If I were to rent a movie/game at Redbox after midnight, would it be due back at 9pm that night or 9pm the next day?

I copied the code down but didn't get out to a kiosk until almost 11 o'clock, figuring the code was surely used up by then. I was surprised to find it still worked.

That's hilarious... I wrote it down as well.. but when I didn't use it by the end of the night the 4th.. I threw it away... glad someone got a use out of it.. lol

While driving through Missouri, we stopped at McDonalds and there was a free rental coupon on my iced coffee cup. It said it was only good at Redbox locations at McDonalds, but I was able to use it at a non-McDonalds Redbox without any problems. There are no McDonalds Redboxes in the DFW area.
