Target: Found Seasons 1-4 of Saturday Night Live marked down to $20 each, earlier this week. One store had all 4 seasons available---another store just a couple mile away had none.

And according the post on target media prices, they'll be $16.99 on Sunday.

I stopped after season 2 cause i didnt get the collectble cooks with season 1 or season 2 and i purchased them as soon as they came out and it even said the books were inside on the case. But both times no damn book.
However for $17 i would bite i think.

Buy at Best Buy for $55, then price match to ~$13 each.

You also need to purchase first and then price match to get the extra 10%. Best Buy only does an even price match at the register--the extra 10% is only if you already purchased it. So pay full price at the register and then go to the Customer Service and price match. (That was one thing I liked at Circuit City--they honored their price match guarantee at checkout and didn't make you play games to get the extra 10%).

If you don't buy it and come back later they won'tgive the extra 10%.
They tell me it's part of the provisions of the policy.

I haven't bought any season sets of SNL. I might head to Target to buy these. I have only seen bits and pieces of those seasons.

I was at two Targets today and had no luck finding the SNL sets. (Also been looking for the Andy Griffith show twofer mentioned in another Target thread with the same result.)

My target had several copies of all four seasons for 16.99 each. I purchased 3 & 4 (the ones I need). Great deal on these sets, as they're packed with content.

Yep, that's always been their policy, and that of any store that does the 110%, ymmv on customer service exceptions of course.

I just buy it at full price, then walk straight to customer service to get the 110% back.

HMV stores in Canada had season 1 for $10... a whole lot of em about 3 weeks ago. I picked one up (cuz I cannot pass up a ridiculously good deal such as that). Hoping we'll get the other seasons marked down soon enough as well.

I only needed seasons 3 and 4, I already have the first two. Anyway, I went to the local Target at lunch just now and they had just one of each of seasons 2, 3, and 4, and not a single season 1. I picked up the two I needed, leaving them with just one season 2 set.

Way to stock up for this sale Target!

Price match went smoothly at BB. I always passed on these before, but couldn't resist $13 each.

Amazon just dropped the prices on seasons 2 and 3 to 16.99.

Good! I got seasons 1,2 and 4 at Best Buy this morning (price matched Target with no problems) and went to 2 Targets and another Best Buy for season 3 and nobody had that one. Thanks for letting me know manicmyk!

Cool. I can get season 2 from there. No luck at any of the local Targets.

yep, I used to work at this BB and they still hassle you on the price match.
even buying then walking over they won't give the extra 10%.

I noticed that, too, when checking the gold box deals earlier today. Ordered season 3 along with a few CDs. Hopefully, Amazon will also lower season 4.

They have to, it is in writing all over the store and website.
