Re: Bionic Woman (2007) Volume 1 (2 disc) $4.99 Best Buy
Sorry to tell you that the tvshowsondvd story is so out-dated.
I have post the real reason on the DvdTalk before here is "the real reason".
1: Dimension Films owns the rights to the word "Bionic".
Because of The Six Million Dollar Man Movie they wanted to make.
Jim Carrey at one time was pick to play Steve Austin.
2: Universal Studios owns the (tv footage).

if you google 'Jim Carrey bionic' there are a lot of websites out there (even supposedly quoting Carrey) that he was attached to the Six Million Dollar Man movie (bbc, mtv, etc). He may not be attached anymore, but back in 2003/2004 he seemed to be.
Both Bionic Woman and Six Million Dollar Man are available on import from the UK, in case anyone is interested.

Re: Bionic Woman (2007): Volume I (aka Complete Series) at Best Buy for $4.99
They certainly didnt remove them for the show. They were there, but it was a network show, so they had to be covered up. Couple of scenes in tight tops, or sports bras, etc, if I remember correctly.
