Did they just start that? I don't remember having to do that when I ordered several months ago. It was for used merchandise though, maybe that was the difference?

Spoke to a real live person in customer service. They are expecting the Twilight Series to be in within the week. So it should be much faster than 30 days. She said that was just their automated reply that lets people know sometimes orders can take 'up to' that long, but generally they are much faster.

I got six of the seven Combat! sets I ordered yesterday. Going by their website, it sounds like the last one may have been shipped separately. At least I hope so.

Looks like the Twilight Zone Complete Definitive Collection is back in stock, so I expect that my backordered set from the sale will ship tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Spoke with a rather rude FamilyVideo.com CSR today. I asked her when my order would be shipping and she said the TZ: CDC is still out of stock and it could take up to 30 days to ship. I told her that the website shows it as in stock right now and she argued with me that it wasn't. Whatever. I will never do business with this crappy store again. If the TZ: CDC wasn't such a good deal, I would cancel the order. Ugh!
