Some nice prices. The Dick Van Dyke/Twilight Zone sets are a few dollars more than they were during the short-lived DVD Planet sale a few weeks ago.

Image sets sure have been on-sale a lot lately. I'd be surprised if there is anyone left that hasn't already bought all of these that they want. First DD, then DVD-Planet, then Oldies, and now Family Video. All within a month or two of each other.

I'm thinking about that Charlie Chaplin box. I know some of the Mutual films are missing sequences that are in the 90th anniversary restored box, but supposedly the source prints/transfers are a little better on this one.

Twilight Zone is a good deal, I paid 117 off an ebay seller thinking it was a great deal in January but then prices seemed to drop everywhere- amazon, target, and now here

I bought the Twilight Zone collection a year or so back during a DOTD, and the the Dick Van Dyke's and Combat's in the last two months during the other sales but never got around to getting "I, Claudius" so that was my only pickup this time.
FYI, as mentioned this release is a little different then the previous one in that it is presented how it was shown in the UK with episodes 1 and 2 combined but minus about 7 minutes. However, the quality is suppose to be a tad better.
Also, the release in the UK contains some extras not included in this US release (two documentaries). For those interested, I found the documentaries in pretty good shape up on YouTube and and was able to download them to include in my set.

Grabbed the complete Twilight Zone series! Great deal! I've been eyeing that thing for some time and the sale price is about $95 cheaper than it is on Amazon right now!

I got the same email and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. This is my first order with Family Video and if this is what you have to do every time you order, it will be my LAST.
EDIT: Ok, got through finally! They were very friendly and said that since it was my first order, they wanted to verbally verify the information to protect me and them. Kind of an inconvenience, but understandable in this day and age of fraud. Can't wait to receive the Twilight Zone series!

Ok, back to being not happy with Family Video again. Now that they've verified my shipping info, they are telling me that the Twilight Zone Complete Series is out of stock and will be back in stock within 30 days. The damn thing was in stock when I ordered it. I'm guessing I got bumped to the bottom so they could verify my address since I was a first time customer. Not happy about that....
