It doesn't look like it was advertised, but Futureshop has the bonus disc with the Comicon panel (same as Target)..
Also just noticed in WalMart Canada flyer Race to Witch Mountain w/ book and Hannah Montana Movie w/ book..

^ I could be wrong, but I think that metal slipcase is not unique to Best Buy.

Nope, it is indeed an exclusive to BB.
And it's overall annoying that they yet AGAIN changed the configuration of the Smallville season packaging. First they were big, thick cardboard boxes, then shorter, thinner cardboard boxes, now cardboard slipcovers over a multi-disc keepcase. It just looks sloppy lined up on a shelf.
Anyway, that's my DVD rant for the day, haven't spotted any other exclusives this week...

possibly a simple question... what is on the target heroes bonus disk? what is heroes unmasked? i have not yet watched a minute of heroes s3, so please take that into account

Conflicted on which to get.. Target did the "Booklet" for Season 2, so is the "Booklet" for Best Buy just the same book repackaged?

Keeping this theme alive... can anybody confirm that the "Heroes" Target bonus disc is indeed included? I just returned from Target and did not see anything unique about the packaging to indicate that there was a bonus disc inside. No unique labeling, no different packaging, seemingly no altered/stickered bar code. Is it possible that my Target got in the regular retail version? If anybody has opened their Target-purchased set and can verify, please chime in!

BTW the Supernatural season 4 Target exclusive set comes in a slipcase over a thick plastic keepcase with flaps for all 7 discs (the 7th disc being the bonus disc)

Personally, I am unimpressed by the way this disc was presented... previous target exclusive heroes bonus discs came in packaging that housed the disc and the packaging was different than the standard version. This time around the bonus disc is in a paper disc sleeve just thrown into the box. Apparently they opted out of making special packaging this year.
Also interesting this week is the Desperate Housewives bonus disc at Best Buy. It contains 2 documentaries and "exclusive deleted scenes". The odd thing about this is that the packaging with the bonus disc has different artwork than the standard packaging... but the inside is all the same and the bonus disc is contained in a cardboard sleeve with artwork. I actually think the standard artwork is better as it shows the wives lined up on the front with their hands behind their backs... then when you pull the digipack sleeve out it shows the same picture from behind with the wives having weapons behind their backs. With the new artwork on the Best Buy exclusive cover it doesn't make as much sense. It makes you wonder why they even spent the money to bother coming up with new art if they aren't even going to do something special with it to call out the extra disc.

Please be careful as the Target store that I visited had both the regular retail version and the limited Target versions of Heroes 3.

Don't you know by now that I always give all the info I have?
I didn't buy it or write it down or fully remember it. But I figured putting something here was better than nothing. Perhaps it will spur someone elses memory, or one of us will check next time we are at Target.
