I don't know what happened, it was with pre-orders for all versions of the film.

Not an exclusive per say, But Canadian retailers got a Steelbook for The Lords Of the Rings 6 Disc collection.

just in case anyone did not already know and was interested in the watchmen buttons, there was an "endcap" in the dvd section of my local bestbuy that had a bunch of button packs dangling. just take one up to a register to reserve a dvd or br edition for $5.

it does not appear they will reserve a copy for you like an in-store pickup. and the reservation does not allow you to reserve either exclusive mask as well.

Comic-Con will have exclusive packaging for Dollhouse with a letter from Joss Whedon. It's limited to 5000 copies and is available for pre-order.

ack! i confused myself in my post! i thought the watch from canada was for watchmen, not coraline. usa fye will have a watch for watchmen with pre-order. i have no idea about what is available for coraline in the usa though. sorry bout that!

Target's ad indicated exclusive lenticular package for Watchmen: Director's Cut DVD; will check it out and confirm tomorrow

Lenticular cover is actually at all retailers.

Other than the 2 head-shaped packages at Best Buy and watch at FYE, I found no other "Watchmen" exclusives anywhere. I checked Target, Blockbuster, Costco, Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Barnes & Noble and Toys "R" Us.

Did anybody check Borders? There are none nearby anymore and the phone rep seemed rather clueless when I called to ask.

Best Buy also has the new 300 "complete experience" blu-ray book w/exclusive 300 #1 comic book attached. It's the same comic that was packed "exclusive" with the standard edition boxset that was released late last year.

free tote-bag with pre-order for coraline at twec stores. similar to the tote bag for twilight (black).

it may not seem so, but imho it actually is a bit silly... twec has a free license plate frame (as in a real, full-sized license plate holder for an automobile) for pre-order of fast and furious next week. they hand it out at time of pre-order. and just in case, it is not on-pack.

License plate may be well worth owning, except Best Buy offers a bonus disc content too. Decisions decisions...
