iNetVideo has Blu-Rays starting at $6.99!
Admittedly, I don't see many titles worth getting excited over, but even as the prices gradually go up on the following pages, the selection is decent and certainly more in line with a ~$15 price ceiling for Blu-Rays. (The last page has some that are higher than $15, but still pretty good prices.)
(See link CardiffGiant mercifully provided below).
They also offer 15% off shipping for orders of $25+, and their US rates are $2.95 for the first item, $2.50 for each additional item (up to 5), then $1.00 per item over that. Boxsets & Packs (containing three or more discs) are a flat $4.95/each. They also ship internationally, with higher rates, of course.
Enjoy!

Big White is okay... it's not completely unwatchable. But man, these are generally titles I go right past if it's on TV.

The only one I have seen is The Big White but thought that was decent enough to watch again depending on the quality of the release (Echo Bridge titles seem hard to find BD reviews for). Salvage has seem decent reviews and Beer League seems like it might be okay for what it is.

I got the email from inetvideo today and was just checking it out. The $6.99 titles are garbage but there are some good deals in the $11.99 - $16.99 range, like Semi-Pro and the Grindhouse flicks.

There are some real geniuses at the studios deciding what titles to put out on Bluray. I recently purchased at Walmart for $5:
Fantasy Adventure Four Pack
Blackbeard
Merlin's Apprentice
The Curse Of King Tut's Tomb
The Poseidon Adventure
Three of these are among the $6.99 titles. I figured they were worth $5 for all 4, but I wouldn't pay any more than that even if they were Bluray.
Journey To The Center Of The Earth with bonus disc Mysterious Island. I got this thinking that the Mysterious Island with Kyle McLachlan, Patrick Stewart, and Gabrielle Anwar was worth checking out. It didn't exactly get rave reviews so I'm not sure it's worth $6.99 either.

There are a couple I might consider if I see them hit $5.

I'll tell you what... they're fantastic with their shipments, customer service, etc. I recently had an issue with an order and had posted my frustrations on another board. The next day, I got a phone call from the manager who, it turns out, reads the threads! He rectified the issue and his only request was that I update my post to reflect that my issue had been resolved. I had no problem doing that, since I was completely astounded with the phone call.

I've ordered quite a bit from them and never had an issue. I see some good buys there I might have to make a purchase.

I'm giving these guys a shot:
Gangs of New York - $12.99
The Great Raid - $12.99
Journey to the Center of the Earth - $15.99
1408 - $12.99
All blu rays, of course.
Free shipping since the order was over $50. I like those prices.

Re: iNetVideo has Blu-Rays starting at $6.99!
I also recommend them highly.
I bought a lot of HD-DVDs from them and more recently some Blu-rays.
I just received the following from iNetVideo:
HD-DVD Season Six, Part I of the Sopranos (used) $22.99
HD-DVD Dreamgirls 2-disc $3.99
HD-DVD Four Brothers $3.99
Blu-ray No Country For Old Men $12.99
Blu-ray Dark City $13.99
These were all great deals, especially with the free shipping and no sales tax.
If you have trouble reaching the $49 free shipping threshold, take a look at their standard definition DVD offerings. You can also find some excellent deals there.

Looking at the Rush Hour 3 Blu-ray for $9.99. Isn't this supposed to be a 2-disc set instead of 1 disc listed in the description?

Not sure what happened, but my links obviously got crossed up somewhere.
