2001 A SPACE ODYSSEY (SE) $ 8.99 Backorder
OCEAN'S ELEVEN/TWELVE/THIRT $ 19.98 Backorder
THE SEARCHERS $ 8.99 Backorder

Went thru Live.com, so I hope to get a few bones back. Forgot to get That's Entertainment, but considering I haven't opened my regular DVD set after however long it's been out, I guess it wasn't that important.

Really odd. I got my Oceans trilogy set today. It was factory sealed in an HD DVD box, but the individual holders and the disc's themselves are Blu-Ray. Doesn't bother me as I am format neutral, but this is a first for me. Has anyone had this happen to them before?

I remember when a few people got the Blade Runner HD DVD set, and had Blu-ray discs inside. Same for the Blu-ray version, which had HD DVD discs inside. Yeah, it happens.

I heard the similar things happening with the Harry Potter sets. I would love to get the Blu-ray versions by accident if mine ever ship.

If I knew I'd get Blu discs I'd order the trilogy

Same. On my other order, 5 of 14 titles have shipped (Harry Potter 5, Last Samurai, Road Warrior, Grand Prix, Unforgiven). Syriana, Relentless Enemies, License to Wed, kiss kiss bang bang, Harry Potter 1-4 and Adventures of Robin Hood are still on backorder.

Just got Oceans, Smallville and Nip/Tuck and I just got confirmation that Jesse James shipped as well. Crossing fingers that Sopranos will be next.

Same deal here. I laughed that there was a sticker on the front saying "Will play in Blu-Ray players only" even though the box was clearly for HD-DVDs. Then I opened it up and saw the sticker was absolutely right! Blu cases and discs. Was a pleasant surprise now that I'm purple (actually got the trilogy before I got my new combo player!). Now that's what I call a deal!

While I'm purple (XA2/A30/PS3), I ordered HD DVDs, not Blu-rays, and I'd better fraking get what I ordered!!! (See my sig!) I have a PS3 at home and the XA2 at my g/f's and she can't watch BDs there and this is half for her. She's mad that I got some BDs of movies that she wanted to see, but now can't.

Got my Ocean's Trilogy, and it is indeed the HD-DVD set through and through. Wouldn't have minded either way, but am fine with the HD-DVDs. Awesome for $20.

Got a bunch of my others, Jesse James, Rio Bravo, Christmas Vacation, Unforgiven...DD came through clutch on this sale.

So, does anyone else's copy of Oceans 12 stutter at a point between 1:05 and 1:06 into the film?
