That's a little slow, but holidays and weekends I've had to wait until the next day esp if I order in the wee hours of the morning. Weekdays I usually get them in 1-2 hrs at most

It's a bit late - they're having a 50% off TV series sale today (Saturday) only and the 20% off BLKFRIDAY code stacks. I picked up Black Sails complete series for $24 and Ash vs. Evil Dead complete series for $20 after the 50% off and 20% code.

I found this article that just says to type in number, expiration and CVV code and just use my normal information for the other fields.

Disappointing compared to prior years, but it's something. Hopefully the codes will ratchet up like normal once the Dec Sales start


Reminder -- anyone that has contact with BN CSR for a problem or issue, it doesn't hurt to ask if there are any extra discount to replace a missing, voided, or lost coupon. Those apology codes can be quite flexible esp the 20% they often give to members.

I haven't heard anything about Dec sale dates or possible Member Appreciation. One person thought the British TV sale was due to start next week and run 2 weeks, but she wasn't sure.

There were a bunch in 2016 and 2017 plus some 25% (30% member) nearer Christmas

I'm shocked there wasn't at least a 20% for members this week honestly, but coupons have been much more conservative for awhile. I did get 2 20% One Items Mailers (separate mailers instead of a single) good through 12/24

I'm not sure if this is austerity or the extra week between BF and Xmas is messing things up.

The lady working in the media section of my store said that it came down that there would no longer be a 10% discount for membership if an item is on sale for 50% off or more, including Criterion and the current British sale. They were doing a grace period for long time customers.

Success! Cashier applied the 25% off coupon (on top of 50% off for Doctor Who Tom Baker Season One Blu-ray) without me even asking. Additionally, The register spit out a "25% off one item" coupon good 12/10-12/16. Maybe I'll go back and use it on an Arrow Blu-ray.

On a related note, I saw that Gosford Park was available again for order online (shows 50% off), so I asked to do a ship-to-home order in store and use the 25% off coupon. Cashier said sure, but it came up at full price. I pointed out that it was 50% off if I ordered from BN.com. She matched the price and applied my member discount, but said she couldn't do the coupon on top of that. I decided to do the deal since who knows when it'll be back in-store and if it would even be included in the 50-off.

Then I got another register coupon for 25% off. These register coupons are unique codes, btw. I wouldn't be surprised if more 25% coupons show up this week, anyway.

This was my experience over the weekend. I purchased a few 50% off items (not media) and did not get the 10% off with my membership. Pretty sure I'm not going to renew again.

Arrow Sale in-store -- 50% off, member discount and coupons still apply

British TV online -- 50% though the end of Monday 17th for now , coupons now blocked
British TV In-store -- 60% now through the end of 12/24. Member Discount applies, no coupons

Spoke with customer relations today and they said they wished I had called while in the store so that they could speak directly with the store personnel because that is not the new policy. So if it happens call 1-800-962-6177 while in the store and let them handle it. The lady I spoke with said that she was gonna forward it over to be sent down to stores.

This deal was also in store on Friday -- I think it was a weekend deal, but possibly it was a one day deal. I wasn;t paying a lot of attention to the details
since I didn't need more GC.

16+% off upfront is pretty good. No promo cards to worry about, no Reseller cards, no expiration
I'd be more interested if they came in bigger denomination -- $25x3 (or 4), $50 x 3, but since they seem to have removed the 3 card per online order limit it does
make them much more useful.

Members should be getting a similar one time 25% In-store Code. Sounds like a couple folks already have it. A little odd that the online code expires at 3am ET Wed, but the 25% goes through the end of the day Wed.

Almost certainly that means we'll have another coupon on Thursday for store use likely through Monday night. Hopefully a 25/30%, but the norm is to repeat the early coupon. I was hoping they might do a M/T, W/Th and Fr-M coupons, but not quite so lucky I guess.

Any idea if the 25% in-store Member coupon will work on an Arrow Title? I hate to drive all the way out to a store if the coupon is denied on an Arrow set.
