Because these are unique coupons, chances are favorable that I can pick up two box sets from the same store, one coupon for each, right? I was planning on going to two different stores, but that was when I was thinking the coupon would be generic and likely one per use. I'd like to avoid going to the one store that I know will be super crowded and just make the one stop at the other store.

Oh, and I'll need two 30% membership coupons if at all possible (only one should I get one from B&N). I'll request them tomorrow once you open the floodgates.

I was thinking that was DVD only. That's definitely a good deal on BD... Even though my 30% coupon is spoken for, I may use a 25% coupon on Pee Wee.

You never know with B&N but I would assume your chances should be better than the generic coupons. The stores in my area so far have let me use multiple unique code coupons without a hassle on different items.

What's up with BN and there over-protection of marketplace sellers?

I bought a DVD set through the marketplace on 11/28. The sellers are suppose to send the item within two business days according to the website. So the seller does a preliminary request to get a tracking number from USPS on 11/5 but never actually ships the item. On BN's status it shows as shipped. It is now 12/18 and it still hasn't been shipped. I've tried contacting the seller 5 times over 10 days with no reply. I tried explaining it to BN three times and they won't budge on cancelling the order, contacting the seller, or refunding my money. They won't even look into it until after 12/24 based on the date of the order.

This was meant to be a Christmas gift. I thought for sure ordering at the end of November with a two day shipping process that there would be no issue receiving it for Christmas day. Now i have to order it from someone else for more and pay expedited shipping to get it here in time. Somehow i think Amazon customer service would have handled this much better.

I'd like to request a spare 30% or 25% coupon as well, if possible. B&N is holding Batman for me through today. I used to get the coupons via email as well as mail, but not anymore, inexplicably, maddeningly.

If anyone is willing to part with a member's 30% or even a 25%, I'll return the favor at a later date. I have a membership, but I don't normally shop BN except during the Criterion Sale. So, I will return this favor many times over throughout the year.

Also, I called to ask why I wasn't getting any member coupons and they had some helpful suggestions (though would NOT mail me the ones from today, unfortunately). So, if you're a member and aren't getting emailed coupons it may be worth a call.

Please only request coupons if you intend to visit a store. The codes will not work online.

If you need an online code check the first page. There is still a 20% online code that all customers can use.
