Hi again, hariseldon, if you have another coupon for It Happened One Night, that'd be great. If they don't expire by that time, I'm also eyeballing L'Aventura next week. Will use my snail mailed 20% coupon for the expensive one. Don't know if everyone else got 2 20% coupons in the mail but I see an Eclipse in my future. Can't wait for Time Bandits but it looks like the half off BN deal expires by then.

Just bought Ozu's Autumn Afternoon on DVD last month and THEN Criterion announces they are rereleasing it on Blu in January. DOH! At least I was able to sell my old copies of Don't Look Now, Satyricon, and Watership Down this week so that I can upgrade those wonderful films when they get remastered by Criterion on HD. The problem with upgrading my older Criterion DVDs now is that Amazon has cut off all small sellers (of films with MSRP of $25 or more) as of this last Monday. Only 3rd party big boys can sell now on Amazon along with the 1st party Studios. So expect to see higher prices on Amazon now. Talk about sticking it to the little guy! Never bought or sold on the bay before, but I guess everyone (buyers and sellers) has to move there now. However, I hate to lose a hard earned 99% customer approval rating on my amazon account where I sold great condition criterion DVDs at a great price. But this isn't an Amazon or ebay forum so I'll just say that my Criterion upgrading of old titles will probably slow down now and Criterion better stick to releasing only new titles instead of upgrading their old ones. My hands are tied! Ozu, I never knew you.

Every available email address is signed up. Best email to use is gmail since you can use it to receive multiple emails at one address. You can find a tutorial how to maximize gmail at the link. However sometimes not everything goes through for some reason at B&N. Sometimes you might only receive a welcome email and nothing else. I seem to have better luck only doing a few at a time.
