I forwarded the Visa link to a friend very late Sat. night, and about an hour later when I was ready to begin a purchase it was gone. It seems their codes are programmed to end at 2:59am EST but this one was pulled before then. Too many redemptions, so Visa withdrew it?

bing.com update. I got an email message on 7/22 titled, "Rebate not Earned on Purchases Made for Resale". I replied saying I'm not reselling, just ordering a bunch from this sale. After a generic reply, I said the same thing, and got an answer back from a human being saying that he indeed didn't see anything marked for resale...thus if I resubmitted the order confirmations, I should get credit.

I did this Thursday night 7/23, still no reply.

I then did a late night 7/23 order from a newly created bing account for my wife, and still no cash back reporting for that either. Though I did use a coupon, I was a bit surprised that that didn't work.

The Visa offer has always had expiration dates but they always seem to renew them again after they expire. First time I've seen it pulled like this before it officially ends. There are still a few other links to try but military.com is the only one remaining with free shipping on all orders.

I've given up on all the cashback web sites with B&N. I'm not seeing anything from Bing, Fatwallet, and ********.

At least with fatwallet, they are highly likely to manually enter it even with a coupon when you put in a request. Cashbaq.com is the best for this though. Ebate* will honor a manual request if the coupon is listed on their site. With Bing you can forget any manual request with a coupon.

You got me briefly excited till I see it's a Miles by Discover card I have and I don't need double miles rewards. B+N isn't even one of the store options to redeem miles for a gift card.

You can only use one of each coupon per transaction, and I don't any cashier would let you use the same coupons multiple times in a row in different transactions. Well, maybe if you caught a cashier on their last day at working for B&N.

I've been using one of almost each coupon per day, and feeling guilty.

The $5/$5/$5 coupon worked fine for me. You sure you had the final total over $50? It needs that for that final $5 discount.

Both times I bought something in-store from B&N, both cashiers allowed me to do this (same coupon for multiple transactions). Each purchase was a single Blu-Ray and I had no problems getting the cashier to re-scan the coupon. The second one hesitated a little but when I told him forget it, I would just buy the one Blu-Ray, he said he'd give it a try and sure enough it worked.

Of course, each time I was just buying 2 Blu-Rays, not 20.

What's the best way to get free shipping? My order total was over $25 before using the code, and when I apply the code, it bumps it under and shipping is reapplied. (This is the only site I've ever seen do this.) Any way to get free shipping?

Do in-store coupons really expire on the printed date, or is there a built in buffer, like grocery coupons?

They let you use the Renewal coupon without renewing, plus let you combine it with the $5 off coupon? Wow, your B&N store is cool... I don't think mine will let me do that. I was shot down once just trying to use the Renewal coupon without renewing, and never tried it again...
