Had to place another order. For those interested, the Heroes boxset will be rather spendy to ship. Which is why I went ahead and ordered it. I saved about $24 in shipping.

Just put my order in. FWIW, I had to apply the coupon code for free shipping, which came up after entering your credit card information. I'm browsing with IE 7.

I find it amusing that most of these same titles are on clearance at the NBC Universal store, but their price is $13.98. inetvideo is the only one brave enough to go low... In case anyone is interested in browsing NBC, here is the link:

I still am not able to access their checkout and wasn't able to get ahold of them by phone during their business hours (have the same access issues with the live chat as the checkout.. of course). No reply to the email I sent over the weekend. Have no idea how to fix it.

Hopefully someone like DVDPlanet will offer these at the same prices shortly.

If you have IE, try to make it a "Trusted Site" in your IE.

Tools-->Internet Options-->Security

Then click on the green checkmark "Trusted Sites" then click on the button "SITES" then enter in BOTH domains you're using which are inetvideo.com and channeladvisor.com (haven't checked these are them exactly, so make sure).

If that fails, install firefox.

Unfortunately neither of those worked either but I appreciate the help.

Something is definitely not a fan of whatever affliate they must use for their checkout process as I can't say I ever recall coming across this situation before.

This is bizarre. Now apparently I can checkout, the buttons seem to work fine even though I have done nothing since my last post, but now it brings up a site error saying "We cannot fill this order, please reduce the quantity desired: Born on the Fourth of July (HD DVD) (New) cannot be greater than -56". The quantity is only listed as 1 and the same error comes up no matter what title(s) I add.

Don't know if I should be thankful for saving me money or disappointed I missed out on some titles.

Wow. That's weird. I'd kinda want a more specific reason.

They shipped my two orders. Maybe they ran out of stock on some the items in your orders.

Accidentally used the offline cc number instead of the online one with my epass card. Never got any email saying there was a problem. Went back, to check the status of my order, and it still asked for payment, meh.

Put in the correct info, but now the free shipping is gone, sent a email to them, hopefully they can get it sorted.

Most awkward ordering system.......ever.

I placed my order Saturday. Got an email this morning asking me to pay for it. I emailed them saying I already paid for them. Got a shipping notice in the afternoon. Go figure.

I got a notice today too.

I was going to place an order, but when I got to the checkout portion, it was trying to charge me $18 for shipping when the site clearly had a "Free Shipping to USA for orders of $50" banner.

So I basically abandoned the order.

If they send me an invoice with no shipping charge I'll go ahead with it, but otherwise, it was a waste of time.

Contact iNetvideo through the online chat service. They might just be able to waive the shipping fee since the "free shipping" banner was displayed when you ordered.

Did you have trouble with placing an order online? If so, did you try the "create a user account first" method that others used?

I got like 3 notices asking me to pay, but AFTER I already had the shipping notice. They're a bit disorganized, but it's worth it with these low prices... I shoulda placed one last order before the free shipping went away. I had my cart full, but figured I spent enough money there already...

My backlog is just ridiculous. I think I need to cancel cable so I won't be tempted to watch TV... Then I'll have to watch my DVD's...

Yeah definitely worth it for the low prices. I've put in 3 orders for a total of 23 HDDVDs at an average of $7-8 a disc. Great deal considering the regular dvds of some of these movies would cost more than that. They'll definitely get my business if they add more studios and movies to their selection.

I just checked my account with Bank Of America and saw two fee charges . One was for $1.68 and the other was for $2.37 for -What is this fee?
An International Transaction Fee is assessed when you use your check card for purchases in foreign currency or in US dollars with a foreign merchant, including U.S. internet transactions with a foreign merchant .

Still a good deal even with these fees on my debit card account.

Also my second order I got Hurricane and the Good Shepard without any shrink wrap and just a sticker says for sale in Canada only on the side that opens.

Both dvds looked new, just weird that there was no shrink wrap.

I've used PayPal to pay on both of my orders and have had zero problems with payment or International Transaction Fees.
