I can't even checkout with or without free shipping. Have had great difficulty even getting items to stay in my cart and even if I do manage to get enough to stick, clicking on either checkout button, Paypal or regular, yields nothing.

Their contact us page says they don't have customer service available via phone on the weekends either so no go all around.

Edit: Think I've at least figured out why I can't checkout. Apparently Spybot blocks the channeladvisor.com site they redirect to in order to checkout. Not that I guess it matters any longer since others are reporting the free shipping is no longer being offered but anyone know how to unblock that site?

Edit #2. Guess it wasn't Spybot. Uninstalled everything and still can't get either checkout buttons to do anything. Never had an issue like this on another site before. Saves me money anyway as there apparently is no way for me to checkout on their site and not being able to call the order in.

i didn't have any issues with my order for 8 movies. the shipping cost was automatically deducted from my order just before i completed checkout.

I had a similar problem using IE 6.0 from the office. No idea what was causing it, but it seemed like none of the Javascripts were being allowed to execute, and my work has the IE settings locked-down so I couldn't monkey around to find out. Went home, used FireFox, and had the same issues until I disabled the script blocking add-ons I had installed. Once I stopped blocking whichever script it was that the site needed (I'm pretty sure it was from channel advisor) I had no problems whatsoever.

That is exactly what my problem seems to be. Any idea where I should look to unblock scripts? I've tried everything I can think in terms of cookies, HOSTS file, Spybot (uninstalled it completey) but nothing has worked yet.

Don't recall any other site reacting like that before with whatever settings this computer has.

The price on the full 5 Volume 2nd Season of Lexx was really really good ($45.99), but it was even less expensive by buying the individual volumes, even though they're OOS on Volume 2. ($31.12 for the other 4 vols, and I can get Vol 2 from half.com for less than $9 shipped = $40 for the entire season.... sweet). This is a stunningly good deal, as the cheapest full S2 set I've come across on the 'net have cost more than twice that, and the individual volumes typically go for $20+. Still, I needed $19 to get to the free shipping mark, so I went with the only two HD-DVDs (Fletch/Deer Hunter) I haven't already ordered that I'm even slightly interested in, and I grabbed an SD/WS copy of Arnie's "The Running Man" for $4.99 to push the order into free shipping territory. Could I get Running Man cheaper somewhere else... probably, but without it, I'd be paying full shipping on 7 titles... $14.95. Running Man was less than free.

I just realized that although I paid with Paypal and used my c/c through Paypal, there was a 3% upcharge when deducted from my bank. I assume this is because inetvideo is a Canadian company (even though I used the US website). Did anyone else get charged an extra 3%? This doesn't show on my Paypal account itself, but when Paypal charged my c/c, the 3% fee was there. It doesn't like like the charge is from my bank. It seems that Paypal added the fee...

Phew! Am I glad this part of their sale is over. I placed 4 orders and ended up getting 25 HD-DVDs for 157.75. Add in 35.90 for shipping (the first two orders were before the free shipping dealio) and I spent $193.65 total, or $7.75 per HD-DVD. Plus I got the entire second season of LEXX (new) for $39.99 shipped!

It's gonna be a LONG time before I get through my HD-DVD backlog, so I really don't care what happens in the BluRay market for a while. I'm hoping the format does well, gets lots of market penetration, and ultimately results in more competition to help drive player and software prices down to below $200 and $15 respectively. If it takes 2 years for that to happen, I can wait. And even if my HD-A2 craps out before I get through the backlog, I've got a spare HD-A2 I picked up for cheap at my local WalMart a couple of months back.

I may be in the minority, but I am out of the BD market as of now, and won't be looking to jump in until (likely) sometime in 2010. If other studio's HD titles go on the type of fire sale clearance like the one we just enjoyed at Inetvideo, it might be another year after that.

I got in on this great deal, wish I would have gotten in on the free shipping, but then I'm sure a lot of my titles would have either gone up in price or not been available. As it is, I got 18 discs for 154.72 shipped, for an average of 8.59 per disc (and only 6 double dips). Tempting to get some of the higher priced ones (Knocked Up, Pan's Labyrinth), but once they're getting over $10 each, I'd rather wait and pick them up on a good Blu-Ray sale someday (got them on regular DVD, so no real hurry). Only picked up 2 @ $7.99, and 1 @ $6.99, the rest were all $5.99.

I still can't get free shipping to work. I e-mailed them yesterday and I still haven't gotten a response. I'm now assuming that I won't receive one from them.
