It automatically applied that FREE9090 for me at checkout--I used Visa as the payment option. If you look at the checkout summary screen, you see where it charges you the shipping and then removes it due to that coupon. There is still a $1.75 insurance charge that you can also remove if you want it to be totally free. At the top left of the page that shows all these charges, there is a link to edit the shipping options--where you can choose another method and/or remove the insurance option.
