Older versions of Universal 1930's horror films Frankenstein, Dracula, Wolf Man, and The Mummy were $5.99 each. These are not the Legacy versions.
Didn't see any of the sequels like the Bride of Frankenstein.

I saw the old mini-series Rich Man, Poor Man for $32. For those who don't remember (or who aren't old enough), this was one of the first mini-series (before Roots) and was Nick Nolte's breakout role. I haven't seen it since it ran on TV, but I do remember thinking that Susan Blakely was the sexiest creature to walk the earth.

Its not just Rich Man Poor Man but the sequel is also included in this set.
I don't believe Nick Nolte is in the sequel.

I saw the following at Costco today.
Fox complete series box sets $79.99 each
Ally McBeal
Buffy The Vampire Slayer
Angel
The Unit
New packaging for Buffy and Angel. Shaped like Ally McBeal set.

Sex and the City Complete including the 2 movies $129.99

Humphrey Bogart Essential (24 films) $69.99

Back to The Future Trilogy blu ray $47.99

Alien 4 film set blu ray $89.99

The new Johnny Carson box. $69.99

Farscape complete series $64.99

Another thread has link to a website selling Ally McBeal for $59.99. Some question about if this is legit but someone posted on thread that it was advertised on TV so appears to be OK.

These are the type of sets where Costco usually offers coupons between Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Costco disgusts me. A small stack of Scott Pilgrim DVDs shoved in a corner along with bargain priced catalog titles, while a prominent display of Dudley Moore's "Santa Claus: The Movie" sits next to Toy Story 3 in the front.

I guess that's what I get from a store who has employees who think they are funny by putting G.W. Bush's autobiography next to two other prominent fiction releases, instead of the non-fiction political section.

Just picked up The Original Christmas Classics DVD Set (Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Frosty the Snowman, Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, Frosty Returns, Mr. Magoo's Christmas Carol, Little Drummer Boy, Cricket on the Hearth).

17.99 - $5 Costco coupon I received in the mail.
Coupon is good November 11 - 28.

Not quite sure I get what disgusts you about their Christmas display, but vis-a-vis Bush Jr's autobiography, I think you're stretching things quite a bit if you think that much thought actually went into putting the book into the "fiction" section. Anyway, I've never seen very clearly marked fiction and "non-fiction" sections in any Costco I've been in--several around the country.

I would imagine that it was placed by the two fiction books because they were grouping the anticipated top-sellers together. While other non-fiction, political books may have been grouped together, they probably were on a lower tier of public awareness.

It probably should have been in the section where they put the coloring books and other stuff for illiterates.

You might want to stick with posting DVD bargains; your attempted barb lacked wit and originality.
