Not recently, but they've shown up at FYE for $15 several times. Pretty sure one season was even $10 at least once.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but I saw a couple TCM sets, horror and murder mysteries. They each had four movies for $16 each. Horror had Freaks, The Haunting, House of Wax, and some other movie.

I mainly picked it up for Freaks.

No problem, just keep in mind that it was a couple of one week sales or whatever, not sure when it will happen again. Just pointing out that it does goes on good sale from time to time, and seems like a title that will again.

No DVD coupons in the new coupon book. None last time. DVD section is still small and they have started selling Christmas items already. Where is the love for DVDs at Costco?

I don't even remember the last time Costco had something I wanted.

Fair points. I noticed the same on Costco today. Generally by mid-September they have started to ramp up for the holidays. Perhaps they're just starting a bit later this year. That said, I've never seen fewer items for sale at this time of the year. I also noticed the Blu-Ray section had significantly shrunk from earlier this summer. Not a great sign for Blu-Ray.

That's a store by store question. I don't think they removed them. They would still be there if your store has not sold out. It wasn't a sale but Costco's current selling price.

I'll try to get a list together soon unless someone beats me to it. I purchased Secret Window.

Website lists S3 @ 38.99 and I seem to recall a sign stating if you bought 2 or more seasons you would get $15. back instantly.

Hmm $15 off would be nice. However if both seasons are $38.99 each, i'll pass. I need S2 & S3, but its just not worth $40 each. I was hoping for a good sale on S2.

If I could get S2 for $20 and S3 for $38.99 and get the rebate, i'd be all over that.

Thanks for the info.

Picked up Mulan 2 today for $12.99. Cheapest I had seen it online was Amazon for over 20 bucks. Waiting for Bedknobs and Broomsticks to be a few bucks cheaper than $18.99.

Also, Sideways was one of the $4.99 DVDs they had.

Brothers & Sisters "Deal":

Buy Both Season 2 & 3 Save $15 Instantly

S2: 37.xx
S3: 38.xx

I passed. I was hoping for $18.xx for season 2, but would have taken $27.xx. I'll pick it up off of Amazon merchant.

I was in my local Costco yesterday and the DVD/Blu section is down to next to nothing. The only blu's I saw were of recent releases.
