My wife was really happy about the Wild America 6-season (1-6 or 7-12) sets for only $16.99 each. If you're looking for them, that's the lowest I've ever seen.

I agree with PopcornBandit, my store in the Mongomerville area (Philly suburb) also has temporarily removed most all of its Blu-ray stock.:down:

The Rohnert Park, CA store has nearly lost it's DVD/BR section right now. In fact, it appears the whole entire store (minus the frozen/refridgerated section) has been rearranged. I bet this is all related to the annual holidays changes.

I'll tell you one thing: If I were asked to rearrange the store, then forced to put everything back after Christmas, I'd be mad.

Spotted some 2-for-$19.98 Blu-ray combo packs today:

* Transporter/Transporter 2
* Predator/Commando
* League of Extraordinary Gentlemen/Entrapment

There might've been a 4th, but I can't recall now.

Also saw Dirty Dancing BD for $9.99 in case you want to see the movie where a radioactive Jennifer Grey condemned two of her co-stars to premature deaths from cancer.

Was looking for Curb Your Enthusiasm sets to buy with the "buy 2, get $15 off" deal. Couldn't find any. Most the sets were more expensive. They still had seasons of 24 for $19.99. So potentially, they would be $12.49 per season. Not a bad deal I suppose. Though it doesn't beat the BB misprice/mistake.

Saw 5 Miyazaki films for $12.49 in the SOBT Costco in Orlando. Howl's, Cat Returns, Spirited, Nausica and one other. I think Porco Rosso.

That set is just made for a coupon. I'd wait.

Oh, heck yeah and I was just there and it didn't look like a single one had been bought yet.

Btw, at the Norwalk, CT store the DVD section has greatly increased in size for the holiday season but the Blu-Ray section hasn't expanded a drop. Not a great sign for Blu-Ray.

When I visit Costcos, I usually have the fight my way through the DVD section, yet never see anybody looking at the Blu-Rays.

I'm all about compact packaging, and have no use for that bigass box with a buncha stuff in it that I'll never even look at. I sprung for the disc(s) only Target exclusive version. Three discs in a standard-sized Blu keepcase (with cardboard outer slipcase). $35 this week.

Me too. As soon as I saw that price I came home and researched it. That Emerald Set is perfect. Don't need no schwag for $15-$20. No way.

Better hurry to Target if you want it. Target is not stocking that many of these. Some stores sold out the first day. Others have stock. I believe the Target set will be available elsewhere once the exclusive period ends. That is not offical, I just assume so.

I assume so too, but I didn't want to wait. The Target I bought mine at had 2 copies, and that was the Tuesday it was released (!).
FYI - WalMart has an exclusive too - a single Blu disc version. I assume it's just the first disc of the 3-disc set.
I wanted the Target one cos it's 3 discs in a standard size Blu case + I wanted both the Oz discs. The 3rd disc is the DVD of the 6-hr documentary 'When The Lion Roars - The MGM Story'. I assume this is in the 'Ultimate' box too (?). To me it's totally unnecessary, and I'm sure it added to the price (which I'm not happy about), but it was the only way to get the two Oz discs, so...

I already had my copy from Target in hand when I made the previous post.

I would never assume this to become available later elsewhere. The Gremlins disc is supposed to only be 1 month. You can already pre-order it from international Amazon sites for October release.

I was in Costco today and was shocked to find the following:

Dead Like Me Complete Series for $24.99
Millennium Complete Series for $24.99
Roswell Complete Series for $24.99

All were in slim cases.

I just bought the Roswell 2-pack from Wal-Mart for $20 a couple of weeks ago. Doh!
