Since it was noticed that some of the items had been removed, it caused me to make my order a little faster than I had planned. Didn't want to risk the one or two that I wanted being taken out of the sale.

I ordered the Porky's Ultimate Collection and the Studio Classics: Best Picture Collection for $20.97 total. I know they're two completely different kinds of movie sets, but I've been wanting both these for quite a while. Awesome deal!

Gosh I missed the sale of those complete series box sets.
I've been waiting to get a good deal and this gotta be the best one. Do you guys think they will ever be back? I don't mind them being back-ordered as long as DD honors the price.

It doesnt pay to wait on these sales, if they are a good deal jump on them. Similar to the buy.com sale a few weeks ago when they raised the prices 10-20% after the first couple days, this DD sale is now out of stock on some of the better deals of this sale. Sure once in a while a better deal on another site might come out a week later with better prices, but its not like you are getting a bad deal now when these are the lowest prices to date.
I got simpsons 9 and 10
Family Guy Vol. 4 and 5
and In Living Color season 3 and 4

That was my last b1g1 order on DD. Not worth the risk.

Almost got into that situation during the B1G1 free BD promotion... Shipped Black Book at $27
and no words on the other BD for a while. Fortunately, i got the 2nd BD for 0.00 like two weeks later. Of course, if things didn't work out on this order, my lost is not bad. However, considering the potential headache for X-files and Stargate, sigh, not worth it...
