Wait, so BB also has a deal with HD-A3 for $199 with 5 movies in the mail, 2 already in the box, and 2 of your choice?! Where was that? Because I already thought the deal with $299 for HD-A3 with everything in the $199 deal plus ONE more movie (which is really $100 more) was already good. Now I just want 9 free movies. Can anybody show me this deal?

If you got the 3 box sets free (Heroes, plus any two others) then I wouldn't even try going back to fight for another freebie. After one look at that receipt, I'm sure they will laugh you out of the store for even expecting anything else...

Best Buy has the Toshiba A3 on sale this week for $199 with your choice of 3 HD movies under $35. With the 2 that allready come in the box (300 & Bourn Identity) and the 5 for MIR you will be getting a total of 10 movies for free. Now thats a deal in my book.

It shows the old version; I'd go get the new remastered one if they let me have it for $17.99. Think it'd be a problem?

Where do people getting the "A3 is 199.99" thing at? Isn't it advertised for 299?

I think the $299 price was printed before the drops this week. The website shows $199, so I would guess this is the in-store price as well.

I see in the ad that there is "movie cash" for Enchanted with any Ratatouille purchase. I've never done movie cash before. How much is it? $10? I am definitely seeing Enchanted anyway, so a $5 copy of Ratatouille seems more than reasonable.

The only problem there is that there's not a store in a 100 mile radius that has one.

Works online too, according to the thread in the HD forum, people are having success using it for pre-orders as well.

i just can't decide if I should go now, or wait to see if I can come up with a 12% off coupon this week.

In this weeks Best Buy add Toshiba HD-A3 is $299.
NO IT'S NOT. IT'S $199!!!!

plus you get 300 & Bourne Identity free in the box... WOW can it get any better?? OF course it can.
How about 3 more free HD movies (must be under $34.99) in store right now.
Please tell me there's more you say..
OK you get 5 more free by mail. follow the link below to see you choices & take with you so you don't pick one as your 3 free in store!!
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....at135100050035

if they are sold out have a sales person order it for you. Remind them about the 3 free now movies. They will charge you up front for everything. They ship it to the store mine will take 5 days max.

I was gonna wait for the LG duel player 2nd gen on sale.
Now I'm hoping B-ray has a sale like this next week. Getting both systems for under $500 can't be beat.

I ordered the A3 online for in-store pick up just in case, but I checked when I got there; there were two more on the shelf and the in-store price still holding at $199.

I tried that tonight, but got shot down. And no, I didn't get the 2 free box sets.

At first it looked like the CSR manager was going to allow it & even the clerk was working toward making it happen (doing keying and all). It went down in flames when the clerk had to get that same CSR manager to ok to overide of the HEROES boxset $100 price - she/they were doing in/out exchange. When the manager saw that, she said she couldn't ok it unless the box set came in the box with the XBOX HD. I tried explaining that that was a separate part of the promo - but didn't have an ad to show that (they didn't have one from 2 weeks ago either).

Then she said the 3 free HD movies were only for the players on the page in the current ad. No matter that it clearly stated "ANY HD PLAYER" - which I pointed out. And, that the new "receipt" still had the same price as my original receipt - even with extra movie - didn't make a difference for "eligibility" for the 3 movies.

Not discouraged - I'll try later this week making sure to bring xbox ad with me this time.
