I entirely forgot to post this on New Year's Eve, but while shopping, I paused to look at the $5 section again. This time, there were a handful of the Walmart exclusive of Broken Bridges with bonus DVD. I wasn't sure it belonged there, so I took it to the nearest price check and it came up at $5.
Addendum:
They also had Dreamgirls with a pack-in exclusive bonus disc.

ugh, I wish I could find that wilder set.
...at least if it's the one with the 2-disc Stalag. If it's the single disc I guess I'm actually all right.

Checked out 5 Wal-Marts in MD but never found a Zodiac, Saturday Night Fever 30th Anniv or all the other goodies that you guys posted recently.
However, I did find:
Laguna Beach Season 2 with bonus pocketbook (I verified that it was $5 before I bought it).
Also got FUR (Nicole Kidman)

^^^Your first image shows the first box with the original release, but I believe that was only a 1 disker too... with no features. The set was updated and rereleased when the film received the SE treatment. I did a bit of research and have not found anywhere that indicates a 2 disk version was ever released. Based on what I've read about the 2 releases, the SE is the one to have as it has a better transfer and special features (commentaries, making-of featurette, and a short series of interviews with actual survivors of Stalag XVIIB, as it was called).

A few days ago, I went to Walmart for the Zodiac DC. I found three, but each one had a floater. Oh well. I also saw Superman Returns at another Walmart, but it was full screen, so I passed on that as well.

Those 4 movie packs are pretty horrid on picture quality.
I bought the one that had Zombies Gone Wild and Motocross Zombies From Hell on it because I'm a zombie film geek. For some reason I have to buy absolutely every zombie film I see. The other 2 movies on the set are Savage Spirit and The Eden Formula.
I tried watching the 2 zombie films but they are just atrocious. They were like Troma films with like a tenth the budget. After watching them I decided to not try any more of those 4 movie sets like those, but I vaguely remember that one movie on the one you posted, Jocks, being pretty funny.

Picked up Bandidas and The Good German, neither of which I've ever seen. Saw Fur, which wasn't there before (and has already been mentioned by sinned). Found one copy of the Nicolas Cage triple feature, but decided since we already have two copies of Bringing Out the Dead (wife worked EMS) and I actually fell asleep watching Snake Eyes in the theater, that I'd rather spend the extra $4 to get the 2-disc edition of Face/Off later.
