Glad to see the Quote Machine's been updated though, looks like I'll be sending in my latest batch of stuff I don't want to DVD Planet this time instead of Second Spin!

Mark,
I sent you an email last friday regarding an ongoing problem with my DVD Planet order from last November, but have not heard back from you.
I ordered two sets from the November buy one get one free sale. Was billed and shipped for the paid set on 11/30/07 and still have not received the free set. It was out of stock at the time, but has been back in stock for several weeks now.
I was told by customer service on 12/28 that it would ship within 24 hours. This did not occur. Then again on 1/7 that the set "is available to should be getting ready to be packaged shortly."
I still have not received the set or any notice of shipping.
I would like to resolve this situation. If you could look into the matter or email me back, I would appreciate it.
Thank you.
Update: Issue appears to be resolved.

Mark,
If you get a chance you might want to check out why Lubitsch Musicals is showing up in my cart with $18.00 international shipping. It's only a four disc set, so should be $12.00 international shipping. I'm guessing that since it is Eclipse Series 8, its been incorrectly entered into the system as having 8 discs in the set rather than 4 discs? $18.00 shipping is sort of a major deterrent against ordering the set at the moment... otherwise it is not a bad bargain!

DVD Planet has all the individual titles included in the upcoming WARNER GANGSTERS VOL. 3 available for pre-order 3/25, but not the set. When will the set be up for pre-order? (I'm chomping at the bit to order it.) Gracias, -Mark

Mark, please consider adding the newest Timeless Media television titles to the site. The Westerns include "Laredo", "Cimarron City", "Restless Gun", "Tall Man" and "Tate". Also "Checkmate" and "The Lawless Years". Thanks for the consideration.

I'd also like to see The Office (Season 3) added to the QuoteMachine as well as the full first season of 30 Rock (only the two volumes of the first season are in there now).
Thanks so much.

Hey Marky Mark! Why Deepdiscounddvd has Sergio Leone Boxset for $44.98 and your price is $62.98.
I thought you were the same company.
Plus! You have to embrassed that Tower.com has better prices for Blu-Rays then you do!!!

hey Mark,
Will you add Lolita (1997) to your inventory?
Also see my thread about problems with the online checkout here:
