Apparently, some stores are no longer doing the one-day pass. The Ridge Road-area store in Cincinnati isn't. Customer Service had no clue what I was talking about and called the manager on the intercom. The exchange:

CS: "There's a guy asking for a one-day pass. Do we do that?"
MG: "No, a manager will have to escort him around the store."
CS: "Can you escort him?"
MG: "Not right now. What does he look like?"
CS: "I don't know. Yellow shirt, jeans, blue eyes, brown hair. Normal."
MG: "Just let him walk around, and I'll find him."

Sigh...

Anyway, they had one copy in damaged packaging, no price tag. I walked out before the manager found me. I was expecting other customers to point and laugh at the blue-eyed, brown-haired normal guy in the yellow shirt and jeans, but no one did. I'll be hitting the North Bend store with my sister (who has a membership) after work today.

What's the best way to ship these things out to help avoid breaking the gun arm?

(I'm shipping to another member, not eBay)

I guess I would open the package up and wrap the bust in some type of packing material. That's assuming the other person doesn't care that it is open.

scott1598: Thanks. I'll ship it out ASAP

Well I must have gone too early. I went to Sam's again today and saw TWO of the gift box sets sitting up on the end DVD display. Both boxes were a little crushed on one side but the bust seemed to be perfectly intact.

I'll admit I didn't look for it -- I've already got the giftset -- but I didn't notice any at the three Sam's Clubs I went to this morning.

No $13.50 Wonder Woman at the Clairmont store, so I went out to Mountain Industrial. Only Season 1 was available there (and only one copy, which I bought.) The Steve Reynolds store had several copies of all three seasons of Wonder Woman this morning. But I didn't notice Hellboy at either store.

So is the HD release going to be the extended cut? Any official word or rumors floating around?

Wow didn't even know about this bargain.Walked into my local Sam's today and saw it and knew I couldn't pass it up.

They had three of them in. When I left I called my cousin and told him about it he went and picked up one of them too.

I guess I need to start checking out the bargain board more often.

Just picked up mine today. It had the broken gun arm, but it was broken perfectly at the wrist. I've since repaired it, and it looks untouched.

I thought these would be sold out by now, but I went to Sam's today and they had 3 more of them up on the top of the aisle endcap.
