Good news about the 40% box set coupon.

Looks like it might be time to pick up the Pinky Violence Collection.

Does anyone know if This American Life counts as a boxset? I've been meaning to pick that up and 40% off would be nice.

Sounds like a great idea, but it's not just coupons. They text you their special offers and sales as well, i wonder how often they'll go out. I hate getting texts, so think I'll deal w/ just printing them the once every couple months that I actually plan to possibly use them.

Assuming it works similarly to the Seven Samurai set, you're looking at walking out of a Borders store with The Last Emperor for $35.99 + tax on Tuesday.

Yeah, that would be awesome, except for some reason my Borders never seems to have Criterions on the release date. I expect tomorrow will be no different.

Has anyone had any luck using multiple copies of these internet coupons on different visits to Borders? I'm curious if they keep some kind of record associated with your Rewards account and deny multiple usage of these extra good coupons.

I've used the same coupon three times at the same store the same day.

Can be had at 37.98 with no tax and no shipping charge at DVDplanet, which for most will work out cheaper.

Plus I'm betting Borders will NOT consider that a boxset.

Isn't that only one DVD?

Last Emperor is listed in our system as a DVD boxset; This American Life is not.

Picked up "The Films of Alejandro Jodorowsky" box set today.

I was originally going to pick up The Pinky Violence Collection, but one of those spider alarm tags Borders uses fucked up the packaging.

Oh well, I'll just wait and hopefully a 30% or even a 20% coupon will come along again.

Thank you.

I used the coupon Tuesday night to get Weird Science S1&2 for 27 bucks. Thanks. I couldn't find a store that carried the DVD anywhere and someone told me online that Borders carried it.

Snagged a copy of The Last Emperor using the 40% off coupon. I didn't realize how gold it was going to be.
