Over at FW they are still having success, but you have to edit your cart (e.g. change the quantity to 2, and then back down to one, or add an item and then remove it)

Looks like the deal is over. I was able to get one order in. I ordered a magazine subscription. It was originally 19.94, but I got the -$5 to make it 14.94.....+ It is one of the subscriptions where amazon gives you a $5.00 gift gift credit for ordering it....so all in all a one year magazine subscription only set me back 9.94. Not too shabby. I wasn't able to get my dvd order in though....oh well.

Yeah....same thing here. Placed an order and it said $5 off. And the confirmation email doesn't state it.

Either it's dead or they have a limit of three orders, cause it just stopped working for me.

You are correct, it is once per account. I happen to have a 2nd account, and the $5 appears...

I think they do have a limit of three orders. I placed three orders a little while ago, and got the $5 discount on each of them, in my shopping cart and in my confirmation e-mails. I then tried to place a fourth order, but couldn't get the $5 discount. So I cancelled one of the three orders, then tried to place another one, and the $5 discount showed up. I cancelled all the orders for now, until I decide which three I want to go with, but I'm not even sure I want in on this one at all, after what happened the last time.

Got in 4 orders before it stopped working. Discount got really buggy towards the last two orders. Had to keep refreshing the page and going back to get it to stick. Wouldn't be surprised if Amazon tries to take it back. In any case, what the hell was this?

Be careful, my order showed 12.95, went to check and the $5 was gone and it was 17.95. I quickly cancelled it before it could ship. I want Clerks 2 HD-DVD, but I don't need it urgently since I must have ordered as they were correcting the glitch.

Yeah, I can't get it back anymore. It showed in my cart, but I didn't complete the order. Now it is gone...

I got 4 orders placed. 3 orders show correct in both my order status page and in emails but order #4 showed the 5.00 discount when placed but when I look in my order status the discount is gone. however when I check the email for this same order the order grand total shows the discount but in the order summary part it doesn't show the discount applied so I have 2 totals in the same email.

I don't see it and I'm on the last page to place the order... so I guess I'll hold off.
