I won't be able to get to a B&M until this weekend. I would appreciate any feedback regarding success/failure with the MC coupon for an in-store purchase. Also, please post the location of the store. Thanks in advance.

Apparently they dropped Buffy back down to the regular Barnes and noble price of 139.99 and is no longer eligible for B1G1. I was planning on picking up buffy and alias, but now that buffy doesnt work, anyone have any other suggestions of what to pair with alias?

If fact with the new cheaper price it matches good with some other things like Buffy Chosen and Star Trek - The Orginal Series both are about $125 with member discount.

Went to a B&M B&N and rounded out my collections with Kids in the Hall: Season 5 and Oz: Season 6. KitH was cheaper ($59.99), so Oz rang up. Oz was $64.99 - $6.50 for in-store 10% off, plus the $10 MC coupon brought it down to $48.49. Add in tax for $51.71, then take out the $25 GC I got for Christmas from my boss and that's $26.71 total, or $13.36 apiece!
Then I ran to another B&M B&N and picked up two seasons of Little House on the Prairie for my girlfriend, used the $10 MC coupon again, and got them for $18.66 per season. Now I'm set for next month's back-to-back love extravaganza of our one-year anniversary and Valentine's Day.
I am pleased.

So far I've gotten 2 ST:TNG sets each time for a price lower than it looks like you can get 1 pretty much anywhere online. BTW, I'm a B&N member, so that's why even with tax it's coming in just under $50 for the 2 sets.

Using the Mastercard discount, I picked up Cheers seasons 4 and 5 plus The Batman vs. Dracula animated movie, regularly $87 + tax, for about $41 + tax. That also handily beats the combined price from DeepDiscountDVD of $65. Been waiting a long time to get more Cheers seasons after picking up season 1 and 2 for $20 each at Wal-Mart a year or so ago. Now I just wish there was one other TV boxed set I actually wanted so I could get Cheers season 3 for B1G1F (season 3 is $5 cheaper on DDD than 4 and 5, which is why I skipped over it to get 4 and 5 on this sale).

I picked up 4 more today... Looney Toons Golden v2 and 3 for $45.03 total (using $10 coupon), plus ordered Buffy Chosen Collection and Jeeves & Wooster for $113 shipped with Ship to Home (using 15% off coupon). I'll probably get more tomorrow. I'm researching the prices online to come up with the best combos. I love this sale!!!

Used the $10 MC coupon and got Seasons 3 & 5 of Home Improvement, 2 $3.33 books for my eight year old son all for $34.xx. Man, this is a great sale!!. Even the gentleman ringing up the sale was talking about how good it was(of course he would, he's trying to make the store more money!).
I'm hoping to go back before the 14th(when the coupon expires) and make another purchase. I just need to decide what to get!

If I do a ship to home order, can I get items in the BOGO sale that the store doesn't have in stock? I wanted Six Feet Under series box but they don't have it available in the store.

Too many times I see posts on the boards with people factoring gift certificates into great bargains. I consider gift certificates to basically be cash. A bargain is something that other people on this board can take advantage of.

This is a much better deal than I had originally anticipated. I picked up Simpsons S9 and The Office S2 in store for $32.47 including tax, after using the $10 MC coupon.

22 Dark Shadows sets down, 4 to go. At $38 and change plus tax for 2 sets, still a great deal! Only thing is, I'll probably have to quit my job to watch them all. That might negate the savings, alas.
