wouldn't 10% off the PMed price be cheaper for CC?
Lets say CC has 24 for $60, and BB has it for $20
PM minus 10% of the PM price = $20 - $2 = $18
PM minus 10% of the difference = $20 - .1(60-20) = $16

How does BB's 110% PM work when something goes on sale but you paid more...for example:
buy Veronica Mars now at BB for $48.99. PM to CC's $22.99 Sunday. Do you get the 10% difference of $2.60?
or
since Veronica Mars is on sale that same week at BB for $24.99 will the price adjust and then take the 10% from $24.99-22.99: $0.20?
thanks

No offense meant but as a former Borders employee, I've heard these complaints during the 2 years I was with them.

As I stated earlier, these discounts will come off your store's marked price.

I would think not as it is a CBS property distributed by HBO.
To me the sale is on HBO owned / branded DVDs / DVD sets (if my clarification helps you).

I'd like to try Entourage and I just received the Wire: Season 3 (so that title is off my list).
Since I'm working that day, I may have to settle for what's left.

Store Price Guarantee
Two more great reasons to buy with confidence at Best Buy.
If you are about to make a purchase and discover a lower advertised price offered by a local retail competitor on the same available brand and model, let us know and we'll match that price on the spot.
Already bought? We'll refund you the price difference from our own sale price, or 110% of the difference from our competitor's sale price, up to 30 days after your purchase (14 days on select categories*, 60 days for HDTVs purchased from 11/26/06 through 2/5/07).
Either way, simply bring in proof of price while that lower price is in effect.
Exclusions apply. See details below. Policy may also vary between stores. See store for complete details.
Exclusions:
The Best Buy Price Guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors' free offers, limited-quantity items, open-box items, clearance items, mail-in incentives, financing or bundle offers. The policy does not apply to typographical errors or a competitor's price that results from a price match.
What is considered a local retail competitor?
A retail store located in the same market area as your local Best Buy store.
What is considered "proof" of price?
If you have already purchased the item, the best way to show proof of price is to bring in your original Best Buy receipt, plus the competitor's current ad. We reserve the right to call the competitor's store to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

Edit: I see this was already addressed earlier. I guess I will give it a shot online Sunday and if no luck I will head up the the store on Route 46

It really does not say.
You can call 1-888-BEST-BUY if you want but they may want to know the source of your intel. (Just don't name me by name...)
I would say sign on early Sunday morning and see.
This is one of the few times I don't have a solid answer for you guys in NJ.

I'm looking forward to Jackass 2 on Tuesday. Does it show what the free beanie looks like?
