Then select DVD Empire from that list of stores again and place your new order. It's a few extra steps, but it clears away that error.

I started a new account with a new credit card and all different info than my main account...but it won't give me $10 off $10+. It keeps reminding me about the $10 off $30+ though.
Did I have to follow the OP's link? Is this dead? Are they tracking my IP? Any ideas?
...probably a good thing though. I shouldn't be spending any more money.

Thanks, OP! I used my Paypal card for a second cc after I already used my first one on the $10 off $30 order (picked up MST3K Collection 1 for $28 with the $2.90 shipping).
On the $10 for 10 I've gotten it to work with DVD Planet, so I'm gonna pick up one of the WB Two-Disc DVDs on my list (I'm thinking Singin' in the Rain or Rebel Without a Cause) for just $2.50 after the $1 economy shipping included. That's a steal!

Success. Used by Paypal debit bar to order Singin' in the Rain from DVDPlanet for $2.50 shipped.
Now that I've used all my CCs, can someone give me info about 1-time-use CCs?

Unfortunately, I have just received an e-mail from GCO saying my card was declined, presumably for not having that number. I e-mailed DVD Planet explaining the situation, but I probably won't hear back from them 'til Friday or Saturday.
